Last day of March!

Happy April Fools in about 10 minutes everybody! :p

This year is going by SUPER fast. Finals will be here in less than a month - THAT is a little overwhelming, considering I feel like we just started.. I'm going to see my advisor tomorrow for summer and fall classes. The way the schedule is looking, I won't be able to take summer classes. (that = not good. now I might be a semester behind! ugh) BUT my schedule for fall is pretty awesome-ish. Mostly CRIM and PSYC classes. Maybe one Sociology. We shall see.

Today has been pretty calm. Seth & I went grocery shopping like the old married couple that we are *sigh* and then we came back and took the doggies for a walk. It was SO pretty outside. They even jumped in the lake, kinda. They got their feet wet. haha.

Overall a pretty good day, but could this weekend hurry up and come already? Friday night going to see King Lear for Theatre and Saturday going home! Mom wants to see The Last Song, so we shall have a girls date! haha. Then Sunday is EASTER! Break out the cute dresses! I'm sure Ava's is adorable! :p

Oh, Tuesday

Tuesdays tend to be really boring in college. Just saying. Seth and I slept in till around 10, then got ready and cleaned a little. We went to the ENT for my ear again and my ear almost died. :/ Just kidding. I had my ear suctioned. By the way....that HURTS and is LOUD. But, he said it would fix it within a few days, yay! No pain no gain right? (I know, I'm lame)

Well then we rode to see Seth's new job. That was an awkward sentence. :) lol. Then we went and ate at Empire Grille on the Square. By the way..... boiled peanuts in Carrollton for FREE. :D I like this a lot.

Then we came back, played with the puppies, and THEN at 10 o'clock....OUR FAVORITE SHOW EVER CAME ON!! Law and Order: Criminal Intent. We started watching it our freshman year in college in the dorm room together. hahah. We are obsessed, I guess. Anyways. Goren (Vincent D'onofrio) is leaving!! :( :( :( He was our favorite. I'm pretty sure they're getting rid of Eames (Kathryn Erbe) too! :(


It won't be the same without them.

Quatre Jour (Yes, French)

Today is my fourth post, yay! I feel oddly accomplished. Today was rather boring...especially the "school" part of it. French was slow, Human Sexuality was unfortunately boring, and Theatre was okay. Hoping for more exciting days.. Anyways.

The main things I have been focusing on today include: 1. I want an SUV and 2. I want my friends to be happy.

Let's focus on number one. My car (2-door coupe). I LOVE Zippy, I just feel like my car is too small for what I need it for now. We had to borrow my mom's suburban for our trip to Savannah and there were only 3 of us and 2 dogs! If I had a small SUV, then we could have just taken mine instead of inconveniencing someone else. With the dogs, I noticed that Lucy's motion sickness was SIGNIFICANTLY better in the Suburban. It just seems like a better idea. But, of course, money is an issue. I could sell my car and find something in that price range (already did...) but convincing my parents to let me do this would NOT go so well. And I would feel bad. Like I was asking for something "better" when really it would just work for my life better. If that makes sense.

Anyways. Enough of that. Number 2 came to light while talking to a good friend. :) I hope I was at least somewhat helpful and not too pushy, I just want her to be happy! It's taken me a long time to let myself be happy with life and I'm still not completely there emotionally or otherwise, but I've started to work on that. For almost 2 years actually. :) 6.15.2008. is the day that I let my control slip and I wouldn't take it back for a second. It hasn't been the easiest thing ever, but being in love is nice. :)

Post 3 - Last Day of Spring Break

So today is the last day of Spring Break. :/ Back to reality. I just did French homework for the first time in 9 days, unfortunately. I despise my french homework. And my french class. And the requirement that we take 4. Just to get that out there. Thanks UWG. :/

Didn't do too much today, mostly homework and sleeping. Oh and Seth and I went and ate fried pickles. :) Yum. OH! And the poster I got in Savannah of Marilyn Monroe and James Dean was framed and is now in the bedroom, yay! It's such a great picture. See! I just think it is one of the sexiest pictures.

Day Two - Saturday

So day two of my blog. It's 11:10 at night and Seth and I are watching National Geographic. It's about state troopers in Alaska. The puppies are chewing on their bones. Actually Chevy just decided to roll around in circles. :p

Anyways. Today the puppies graduated from Puppy Preschool! Well, Basic Obedience Training, but it's cuter the other way. :-) I haven't gotten the picture yet that our trainer was going to email. By the way, she is really good! If you want her info and are in the Carrollton/Villa Rica/Douglasville area just let me know!

After puppy graduation, I went to watch Eastside's soccer game against Newton. Will (that would be one of my brothers) did great! He didn't let ANYONE score on him and they won 3-0! Yay! The girls won too. We had fun. Then I rode in Will's car with him for the first time (He got his license last week). Not as scary as you think! We ate dinner at Pachos - all of us. I love family dinners. I forget how truly funny my family is. We have the greatest sense of humor. :p I'm going to post some pictures just for fun! :) Bye for now.

My first blog attempt

So I'm sort of copying the great Miss Hannah in making a blog with pictures, but mine comes without the promise of a picture a day. Today is the last Friday of Spring Break 2010! Sad day. I have a sunburn from Savannah/Tybee Island, but at least I got to go somewhere! I'm going to start telling about the Savannah trip! We (that would be: Seth, Hannah, Myself, and the doggies Lucy and Chevy) left on Monday morning and spent 4 days/3 nights in Savannah. While we were there, we saw everything we could! We went to River Street several times, saw St. John's Cathedral, walked 3+ miles in the historic district with the doggies! They loved it! We also went on a ghost tour called Ghosts & Gravestones. It was pretty creepy/awesome! We spent most of Wednesday on Tybee Island near the pier - that would explain the sunburns we all got! It was a lot of fun and we did a lot more than that, but since this is my first blog attempt I'm not sure what to say! We shall see.
